There’s a small shop at the entrance to the Hoburne Holiday Park in Blue Anchor. They sell the basics, including milk, bread, butter, tinned food, bacon, sausages and newspapers .

There's also a village shop and post office at Carhampton, the village where the Blue Anchor road meets the main Taunton to Minehead road.

In Blue Anchor there are two pubs serving drinks and food. Also there is the wonderful Driftwood Cafe just 5 minutes away serving breakfast and delicious meals, coffees, teas and cakes throughout the day and open, after Easter, for Friday dinner and Saturdays in the summer holidays.

We serve authentic Italian, Mediterranean and European cuisine. We aim to use local produce wherever possible, serving fresh seafood, fish , local Exmoor 10 oz steaks and much more.All food is cooked fresh to order, we don't serve 'fast food' only good food as fast as possible.
